I chose John as my tutor because of his strong background and experience in photography and I was not disappointed when I had finished my first lesson with him. Our lesson took place at his photography studio, which was very clean and professional. He asked me what my goals were and advised me on what sort of photography equipment I would need in order to achieve them. Overall I was very happy with the level of service I received and I look forward to my next lesson him.

John is an excellent teacher. He has been helping me to improve my technical skills through a combination of practical exercises and discussion. He has taken a broad approach to this, spending time to explain how the camera works and showing me examples of different approaches to photography. John has a friendly style, encourages me to ask questions and provides very helpful feedback. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others interested in developing their photography.
